Maggie Rossiter

From formation to dissolution of business entities, including nonprofits, I have a sincere desire to assist driven business clients. I take pride in cultivating a relationship of trust and long-term commitment with my clients. From start-ups and small businesses to women entrepreneurs and multi-generational family-owned companies, I enjoy providing creative strategies to any business in need of legal guidance.

I recognize that legal clients deserve a high level of dedication from their counsel. My natural discernment and curiosity are evident in the way I approach each of my clients' needs. From the start, I carefully listen, ask relevant questions, and ensure that my clients fully understand every step of the process.

I earned my Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law in 2019, cum laude. Before beginning law school, I spent a year in Spain teaching English to grade school children, where I was able to utilize and improve upon my conversational Spanish skills. As a proud Omaha native, I take advantage of the many opportunities and events the flourishing metropolitan community offers, particularly in the arts. I use my creativity to perform in comedy improv shows. I enjoy volunteering and time with family and friends.

Attorneys Scott Paul, Patrick Pepper, and Maggie Rossiter will present at the 19th Annual Creighton Law/OBA Seminar on Ethics and Professionalism, on April 4th, 2025. Their presentation, titled "Update on Recent Ethics Decisions in Iowa and Nebraska," will provide insights into the latest developments and implications of ethics rulings affecting legal professionals in both states.
